To simply the online payment process, we are moving to a single online payment provider beginning June 1, 2022. We have created the following FAQ below to answer questions you may have.
FSPay is the third-party payment provider that is utilized when making payments within MyAccount Portal.
We are making this change to simplify the online payment process. We have chosen to solely offer online payments utilizing C-PropertyPay (CIT Bank) as this is the Association’s banking partner. Plus, there is no fee when paying by ACH (electronic check). With FSPay, there is a fee of $1.95 when paying by ACH.
Yes! When you click “Make a Payment”, you’ll be redirected to C-PropertyPay (CIT Bank). This will allow you to make a one-time payment. To setup recurring payments, you will need to create an online account by visiting propertypay.cit.com.
Any recurring payments will continue to process without interruption until May 31, 2022. After this date, all recurring payments will be deleted. You can delete your recurring payment at any time by logging into MyAccount Portal. Should you wish to continue with autopay, you will need to setup an online profile with CIT Bank directly by visiting propertypay.cit.com.
No! Any one-time payments or recurring payments you have created with C-PropertyPay (CIT Bank) will not be affected. This change only affects those users who currently make payments within MyAccount Portal.
Yes! You will still have access to your online account. This summer, a brand new portal with a modern look will be introduced. Information on this change will be sent at a later date.
