Avoid Online Processing Fees

Two straightforward fee-free options.

For both methods, make the payment payable to the name of your Association and include your Association account number.

Mail a Check

Mail your assessment payment directly to the association payment processing address.

Make the check payable to the name of your Association.
Include your Association account number on the payment.
Allow sufficient time for delivery before the due date.

Use Bank Bill Pay

Set up payment through your financial institution’s online banking or bill pay service.

Use the name of your Association as the payee.
Use the same payment mailing address shown at left.
Enter only your Association account number in the designated account number field.
No memo or reference is required.Your financial institution determines whether payment is delivered electronically or by physical check.

Where can I find my account number?

Your Association account number appears on your billing statement and on the dashboard inside the Homeowner Portal.

Who should the payment be payable to?

Make checks and bill pay payments payable to the legal name of your Association, not Preferred Communities.

How early should I schedule bank bill pay?

Your financial institution may send a physical check. Schedule the payment early enough to arrive before the applicable due date.

In accordance with the rules of the National Automated Clearing House, information from a mailed check may be used to create an electronic debit to your account. The electronic debit shown on your bank statement is valid proof of payment.
