Alan Hatch was the president of a self managed community from 2001 to 2006. This community had its struggles. With the assistance of Korin Hatch and a very active Board of Directors, they were able to bring this defunct and non-communicating neighborhood together. So much so, the City of Mesa presented the community with the ‘Spirit of Mesa Neighborhood’ award in 2004 for outstanding events and community building. Alan has also been an active board member for the Leadership Center since 2003 and is a certified mediator for the state of Arizona. Both Alan and Korin earned their CMCA (Certified Manager Community Associations) and AMS (Association Management Specialist) through Community Associations Institute.
We strive to provide honest, ethical, fair and reasonably priced services for community associations. It is very important that each of our communities reflect our motto: Loving Where you Live. This includes the overall appearance, the financial well-being, the day to day operations and the feeling of community in the Association, of which, the management company is apart.
Our commitment to you is to provide excellent customer service to each Board member and to each homeowner in your community. Preferred Communities credo is to act in a reasonable manner and exercise proper business judgment in all areas. We never supersede the Board’s power in the community, rather, we will advise the board of proper business judgment.
